ADOPTION PROCESS

ADOPTION PROCESS:  Our adoption process includes a foster-to-adopt application, adoption interview, meet and greet, veterinary and personal reference check, and a home visit. Once approved, potential adopters have a 2-week trial period to see if it is a good fit for the dog and the new family. We reserve the right to deny any application that we feel is not a good fit for our dogs for any reason. The dogs that end up at Paw Angel’s Rescue have already been let down, and our #1 priority is to ensure that they are placed into the right forever homes. If you are ready to find your new best friend and provide a forever home to one of the Paw Angel’s dogs, please fill out an application found on our website. ADOPTION FEES:  The adoption fee is $200. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccines, and are microchipped. A $50 deposit is paid at the beginning of the foster-to-adopt trial period and then the remaining $150 is paid if the dog is adopted (can be made in two installments if needed).

**There is NO REFUND on the $50 deposit. If the dog is not adopted for whatever reason, a receipt for a $50 donation to Paw Angels, Inc. can be provided.

MEET AND GREET:  Paw Angel’s Rescue does not have an onsite facility to meet dogs. We are foster-based which means all our dogs are in homes receiving care and love until their forever home comes along.
