Meet FRECKLES. This fun-loving guy is around 7-8 months old. If we only had one word to describe him, it would be JOY! He is the silliest boy and brings joy to everyone he is around. He loves EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! He likes to play with other dogs & is intrigued by cats but is not aggressive towards them. Give him a kiddie pool, and he will entertain himself by playing in the water. Freckles  currently needs a foster or forever home. Do you need some JOY in your life?
